Just not buying in what ever happen to the saying that young teams don't win Championchips but lean how to become champions. A look at the last few championchip teams Heat even with James, Wade. and Bosh are one of the oldest teams in the league outside of the big three much older supporting cast, Mavs of 2011 were very old, 2010 we won and Celtics were old as dirt with us and no one had celts making finals that year, 2009 we with a younger team but look what happen to us the year before in the finals we had the youngest team in the league and got mopped off the floor but and older veteran team the celtics, and finally in 07 the senior cetizen spurs took out the broom on on a young cavs and King James team. And I could go on and on but I know you see my point just someone explain to me where has all this foolishness come from that if your team is so young, athletic, and fast you can win a title on that alone when history shows that has never been the case?

The Lakers are old, but not too old to contend...unless they continue playing the heralded 'D'Antoni Way'.

If they posted the 2 bigs, they'd be ahead of the game offensively, but still have a major hole out on the defensive perimeter. Not being able to stop Parker or Westbrook will keep them from getting out of the West.

We're old. Only player on the roster who is any good and isn't out of his prime is Dwight Howard and Jodie Meeks. Kobe is still great, but past his prime. Nash is terrific as well, but again past his prime and coming off a nerve injury. Pau is a role player now, Jamison has been useless for the most part this season. World Peace has been decent offensively, but horrible defensively.

we are old but we have youth & athleticism on the becnh. Coach D just has to be willing to play the youngers heavier mins when the matchups demand it. Ebanks. Meeks, Hill, & Clark have to get menaingful mins with Starters during gms. Our starters are the sole problem for this team. Duhon/Morriss at PG is a waste as starters. MWP as a starter is a waste. Jamison as a starter is a waste.
