Nash/Blake/Duhon
Kobe/Meeks
Metta/Ebanks/
Gasol/Jamison
Dwight/HIll
our bench is really good, the best bench weve had since our 3 peat years, theyre capable of scoring 30-40 points a night.
so thats the only positive thing i can think of because in recent years our bench couldnt score more than 6. But now i believe we can put up some of the best numbers in the NBA bench wise.

Good bench, no doubt. Hope it plays out well later on.

Until we can play some defense, I don't even think that lineup would suffice as the best bench. On paper, arguably. I think when Nash and Gasol come back and a little chemistry is built, the defense will improve. I think players are confused on roles / what to do. When the other team gets Lakers thinking on defense, it tends to go bad.
Good bench, no doubt. Hope it plays out well later on.
Thing is, The second half last night our defense was good. They decided to double the wing along the halfcourt line and then when they switched on the screens i was impressed with dwights defense on felton. The defense will come, this team just needs to learn how to play well with each other

At this point I'd rather have Delonte but if I had to choose from those three I would still pick Morris just based on defense since Duhon and Blake are garbage on that end of the floor

lol, no. his little defensive abilty does not make up for his arratic and OC play on the offensive end. we need a gaurd that can atleast play both ends of the floor with some consistency. At this point I'd rather have Delonte but if I had to choose from those three I would still pick Morris just based on defense since Duhon and Blake are garbage on that end of the floor

I agree, it's a chemistry issue, and it does not help that the main facilitator that is supposed to build the chemistry has been out the ladder beginning of the season. Dwight's defense is usually always impressive, to me. It's the things like Dwight following his help defensive assignment and then nobody switching and leaving the paint open, which is costing the Lakers some ball games.

At this point we need the little defensive ability he has since DEFENSE seems to be our biggest issue right now

I don't see how it's stupid to pick Morris over Blake and Duhon because he is a better defender than both obviously our biggest concern right now is defense and playing some of our better defenders is what we need to do
