To me I think he going after Wayne in the first verse of Blocka.. Then he just admitted he was dissing Wayne on that track that dropped after Goulish.
Now... A couple days ago his biggest diss record he has a snippet leaked. It's on a track with Luda. Here are some bars Pusha dropped -

Pusha T's videos are always raw af and Young Chop proved with this beat that unlike most trap producers, he knows how to switch it up. He didn't use a rolling hi-hat or snare pattern once in that instrumental.
