I dont know if the 62 points in 3 was better than that 81 point game. With that 81 points he became the player with the 2nd highest point total in the history of the NBA. I'm not sure if he could have gotten that extra 19 to match this total. Also he had 56 points in the 2nd half which i think is greater than that 62 in 3.

62 divided by 3 is 20.67

81 divided by 4 is 20.25

62 divided by 3 is 20.67

81 divided by 4 is 20.25

So are you saying 62 is better or are you saying the difference is negligible so 81 is better?

The votes are even, but the 62 was against a better team with better defenders.

In the 81 point game didn't Kobe switch a 20 point deficit into a 20 point lead?

81 was far more impressive IMO

Its ridiculous to think its necisary to score 80 in a game for your team to win, but the Lakers were that bad

Lakers was losing pretty bad against Raptors, if it wasnt for the 81 pt game, we completely blew em out.

That's a tough one.

The 62 in 3 quarters was more intense in a way... I remember when they fouled Kobe hard and he kept pointing back. Both games were historic though.

I saw even though 81 was great..they were playing the Mavs which were a much tougher team and he showed lots of intensity in that game. In the game vs Raptors it seemed like Kobe was the only man who can shoot and our guys were just some loosers.

They were both pretty amazing. I think the 81 points was the better game though because 81 points is so much for one person no matter what they're facing.

I saw the 62 point game live. It was so weird because 62 point was so smooth and easy for him, especially against a team that was good defensively as the MAVs that season.

I'd say not compare both and put both up at the top. Period.

Holy effing crap was Kobe the man that game or what?! That half-court shot after the foul from Roy was classic!
