Was gonna watch Man Of Steel, but decided to watch this instead. Both are dvr'd so I'll watch MOS later.

have heard great things about it so I hope it's good.

plus the cast connections to SOA.

First 17 mins were pretty amazing.

CGI is very well done.

The large scale fighting sequences remind me of transformers, which isn't a bad thing for me. Excellent action to go with exquisite visuals.

Who's your favorite jaeger so far?

Striker is pretty bad ass, but the Gypsy Danger had to come in and save it's ass so I'd say the Gypsy Danger lol.

plus it won't go down to an electrical attack like the others.

It's over.

pretty damn good. Didn't this and Battleship come out around the same time?
I've seen that too and it was horrible.

lol @ Clay, glad that happened to him. Still really dislike the guy because of his actions on SOA.

the sword on the Gypsy Danger is too bad ass. Loved the slicin and dicin.

Would like to see Jax star in more quality action films.

Props to Del Toro as well, representing Guadalajara, Jalisco (where my fam is from), excellent job not only directing but writing it as well.

one of the better sci fi movies I've seen in a while.

This was better than MOS.

Might just b2b it and watch MOS right now.

Well I consider myself a Tapatio, lol.

I was born in the states though.

Both my parents are from a town about an hour away from Guadalajara, and I have a bunch of family from Guadajara.

I take a lot of pride in my roots being in Los Altos de Jalisco. I love Mariachi, Tequila and those beautiful Jalicience females, haha.

I agree. I happen to like white skin complexion and blue or green eyes the best, you see a lot of girls like that in that region, specifically. A lot of beauty not only in Guadalajara, but in the small towns and pueblos near it.

I don't really like soccer, but if I had to pick, go Chivas, lol.

Gracias. Salúd Flota.

Busty Bluth and LakerAce were both right.

Enjoyed this better than Man Of Steel.

MOS had its moments, but ultimately it wasn't as good for me.

The dude cast as Superman was pretty good though.
