Plus, once Nash gets Healthy, Delonte will be a great backup PG/SG.

The guy can hit 3's, former NBA Champion and played under Mike D'Antoni.
But he's old now. Does he still have anything left?
That's what the FO sees.
Give me Delonte. He's a ticking time bomb but i'll take him. He's better than the talent that the Lakers have playing right now.
Precisely.

No firm decisions made yet but Lakers, I'm told, ARE weighing pros and cons of creating roster spot to sign Delonte West to ease PG crisis
Oh snaaaap!

Sense I get is that D-West, widely regarded as top available PG, is at the top of Lakers' list ... but word is they'll indeed look around

One issue, of course, is Lakers have full 15-man roster. Among reasons they didn't sign D-Fish before Mavs: L.A. wanted to move one PG first
Phew..lol.

They are probably looking at potential trades.
more than likely that's the case. in their ideal world i'm sure they'd love to trade clark and morris or something for a PG comparable to delonte west

I wouldn't sign delonte. He's a distraction and zebras don't change their stripes.
Delonte and Metta can borrow each others meds.
