LA Lakers at Cleveland

It always seems like guys that are out with injury get healthy just in time to play the Lakers and tear them a new one.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

30/5/10, 3 steals
L - until something else happens.
I will say this - two match-ups with the Knicks on the horizon between now and 12/25 - possibly both without Nash, will hopefully motivate this team to really go after the low-hanging fruit (Cleveland and Washington).
Wouldn't it be great if Nash comes back on Christmas Day and we don't suffer our all too common blowout?

So from now on, the Lakers need to start taking [expletive] seriously.

Cleveland w/ Kyrie Irving (2-8)
Offensive Stats: 95.7 PPG, 358/846 FG (42.3%), 78/220 3PT (35.5%), 15.5 TO/G
Defensive Stats (Allowed): 102.7 PPG, 390/775 FG (50.3%), 72/206 3PT (35.0%), 16.7 TO/G
Translation: they are bad, even with Kyrie.
We will probably lose.
The way to win? Two-man game, Kobe and Howard all night. Shooters will just line the perimeter and do nothing more than launch when they are open. Beat Cleveland with raw talent on the offensive end, and stop everyone BUT Irving back on defense (because Kyrie isn't going to beat us alone, and we don't have anyone that can slow him down to begin with).

Blowout loss as usual. They easily dominated the Lakers in the past at the Quicken Loans, we also lost twice to the pathetic LeBron-less Cavs, so you already know the score for tonight's game.
Let's see what's wrong with this post:
Dominated? Hardly. Since 2008, the Lakers lost to the Lebron led Cavs in Cleveland twice, once by 6 points and the other by 4.
We've only loss once to the Lebron-less Cavs two years ago, which is the only time we faced them in Cleveland, we didn't face them last season. That year we lost to them we ironically beat them by 55 earlier in the season.
