what was that trade that would net us Ariza and Derrick Williams?

That would be amazing right now since our bench 3 spot is our only real hole when we have Jamison starting if we are talking about a full lineup. Ebanks just isn't it.

You think this team has only one hole? Must be a pretty big hole.

A three way with Pau Gasol.

Minnesota gets Pau, LA gets Ariza and Derrick Williams, and Washington gets an expiring contract or contracts and/or draft picks.

Aww yeah, 19 point deficit hahaha. Is it safe to say that this team is not an elite team anymore? Dudes getting blown out with ease, giving up 40 points in a quarter, and blowing leads left and right.

20 games in, almost a quarter of the season over with, and the Lakers are on pace for around 36 wins lol

Tank so we can get the number 1 pick. Do we even have that pick? lol. Doubt it.

Maybe we can get the game to single digits, like 8 points, and maybe we'll play defense on the next possession when the ball goes to Durant or Westbrook for a 3 and make them miss. Maybe.

yeah I do.

When it comes down to it when we look at our starting lineup and bench(with everyone healthy).

Let's say we start Jamison and don't have Gasol(he'd be gone in a trade) like we're doing.

When we go to our bench the only true hole and that is our bench 3 position. That is our least productive position

Because our bench health the 1 2 and 4 and 5 spots are going to be fine. 3 is the one that has the least efficiency on our bench. So netting Ariza and Williams would solve that

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

You should reach more often ;)

I love that our defense showed up in the 2nd half.

Like I said it comes down to if we can convert on the opportunities our defense is making.

If we get it down to 9 its a game.
