Should point out that he is being sued in civil court, he's not being charged (charges were dropped months ago for lack of evidence).

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Come on guys, don't jump to conclusions. You don't know if he actually did it or not. But if he did... he should go. Actually, the Lakers don't have much reason to keep him right now anyway.
