In order to make the playoffs. The Lakers will have to at some point beat some playoff teams. That is all this game is, a regular season game against a playoff team. If the Lakers win they are back to .500. If not, they aren't. Looking for anymore significance is ridiculous and winning one big game is an indication of nothing ESPECIALLY when you are as inconsistent as the Lakers. Tearing off 9 out of 10 or 17 out of 20, that is a trend and a turning point. The current trend is the Lakers are inconsistent and a losing team.

Well we beat a contender in the Brooklyn Nets and that took us nowhere lol I doubt that we will win OKC is playing really well and we are on the brink of getting farther away from even the 8th spot we are in a dangerous position.
