Perkins shuts Dwight down too. I forgot about that.
If getting shutdown means averaging a double double against OKC the last two seasons, then I hope he is shut down Friday.

But this is the Thunder now. Instead of Vasquez, it's gonna be Westbrook. Instead of Aminu, it's gonna be Durant. Ibaka, Perk, Martin, Thabo, this team is stacked and ridiculously athletic. If this game is a make or break point of the season, gonna be a lot of disappointment haha. Don't see LA taking this one in OKC. Hope I'm wrong though of course.

Woah woah woah, we just beat up on a team with 5 wins this season, minus Anthony Davis.

Yeah but we have to look at the reasons we won.
We won because we were offensive rebounding, and because we were defending PnR and help off screens well and played with energy and effort and our bench came through.
If this didn't happen we'd have lost.
If we can do the above effectively against OKC we would win for the same reasons.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

Exactly because everyone thinks the will lose
Kobe owns Kevin Martin
Thabo is a defensive beast though

The players mentioned stop Lakers from doing that.

FIXED ur post Cowboy.
and btw, how did dwight look tonight athletically?i missed the game,,but if dwight is feeling as bouncy as ever in a laker uni Friday, we have a chance at beating OKC,a good chance
"The West aint close, now that the LAL got Dwight, who gon stop him on OKC!????" - Chris Webber (nba tv -August)
Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?
(Peace Pau we need pieces, not MettaWorldPieces!!!!!!!!)

I sure hope so. This team should be capable of doing it. But I have yet to see really any motivation at all this season. The Lakers will beat the Thunder. I truly believe that. There's gonna be a motivation factor because of last year's loss in the playoffs IMO.

That's the problem with this team.
You can never know which Lakers team is going to show up.
