Spurs get: Pau Gasol & Tony Allen

Grizzlies get: Manu Ginobili & Stephen Jackson

Bench: Jamison/Hill/Blair, Meeks, MWP

I think this makes all teams involved better. We get Rudy Gay, an upgrade over MWP & DeJaun Blair, a young PF with potential, also a good role player. Spurs get Pau Gasol, to play along side Tim Duncan, & Tony Allen, an outstanding defender. The Grizzlies get Manu Ginobili, a great scorer that can be clutch when needed & Stephen Jackson, a knock-down shooter and good defender.
