Oh, alright. ;D Guess I'll better cross reference next time. Regardless, glad he thinks he is ready to play.

What I'll be looking for most from Pau tonight is whether he has some actual lift in his legs now and some giddy up in his step.

yo.

Gasol saying he took the time out to do some strength and conditioning on his legs and knees and body, and also took the time out to get his cardio up to the highest level

"It helped quite a bit. Not just the rest but the work that we did strengthening everything around it to make sure they don't have to take as much load," Gasol said. "I can move around the court much better. I can push off from my legs and my knees much better, much stronger, without pain, so that's quite an improvement."

Alright Pau, you're saying all this, this means that there'd better be no excuses if you start struggling.

Pau is now claiming his explosiveness is back

@LakersReporter

There are no restrictions for @paugasol tonight. He said he's feeling good, has the explosion he lacked early in season back.

Like I said he's doing a lot of talking. He'd better back it up today.

Hopefully there's no excuses again if he doesn't back it up. He backed up his "I'm a beast" talk in the Olympics, but that only lasted for about 2 weeks.

So we'll see how long this lasts.

Lakers tweeted saying that pringles wants to use Pau at the 5 with Metta at the 4 quite a bit.

I could see that working actually, if Pau is willing to put in some effort.

Doesn't matter which position Gasol plays if he's giving half-assed effort out there. It's all on him. That excuse about lack of post-up opportunities doesn't fly. How often do you see Gasol really work for low-post position? Not often enough, even when fully healthy.

It's all mental, has been for the last year and a half.
