Why did Kobe go so early? Why did he take a 3? Why did Ron shoot a 5 foot fadeaway from RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE BASKET?

The [expletive] is this [expletive].

Rockets bench scored 59 points.

It always comes back to defense.

We played defense for 3 quarters and laid off in the 4th.

Rockets beat us to defensive rebounds all night and their bench guys went off on Meeks and Morris alike.

Was worried even when up by 17 because of all these things.

Damn and John ireland was just talking about Kobe being the weakest defender this season and how much he's been the reason our D has broken down on possessions

I didn't even know Greg Smith existed, let alone played in a rotation, I'm embarrassed to be a Laker fan now, the coach is not the problem,, its the entire team

Kobe just [expletive]ing failed so hard nothing else should be said about that game. Mistakes will always show up one way or another and yes we should not have had 20+offensive rebounds or 20 TOs but when the game is on the line you expect quality intelligence and play to carry you thru...something Kobe did not have on either end of the floor.

Maybe everyone right. Maybe the Lakers are just overrated. Getting Nash back won't help us out much defensively.

I'm not, saw it coming. Weren't outhustling the Rockets all night to rebounds and was turning over the ball too much, both Morris and Meeks getting burned by their bench. I didn't like what I saw the whole night on that end.

This loss is on Kobe and D'Antoni. Kobe too many questionable shots tonight and bad defense and D'Antoni, I don't even know what to say.

No but you can also agree that considering the help defensive stops by both Clark and Hill that if Pau had played that we'd have gotten burned by those plays a lot more often and probably lost by 10.

Pau takes some of the blame tonight. He wasn't cheering as hard as he should have. Definitely hurt us.

D'Antoni deserves some blame. He should have taken Dwight out when they were hacking him.

I just don't understand why people think the defensive blame lies solely on him.

The Lakers are OLD and SLOW. The Lakers could have Thibs as coach and the Lakers still wouldn't be a good defensive team with this roster.
