They are backed by a huge TWC deal. Fix the problems now, you'll be rewarded in the future.Once money is spent, it's gone for them to keep spending would not be wise...
They are a family business, not a corporation-backed business
Mike D'Antoni is GARBAGE.

He better be fired soon, the guy cannot coach. He should adjust to the players he has, not the other way around.
This..

Should have hired Sloan. Could have gotten your F U phil Jackson while still getting an elite coach
That would have been the logical thing anyways

It kind of drives me insane that people are talking about trading Dwight for guys that better fit D'Antoni's system. Why in the world would we trade away our future franchise player for a coach who can't win no matter what roster he has? The problem I see with his system is that it is not for star players. It is geared for role players who can hit perimeter shots. That is all fine and D'Andy (you see what I did there?) if the team is winning games, but I do not see a "role-player" team beating a team like Miami or OKC in a 7 game series.

Futebol clubs fire coaches like nothing, so let's go ahead and do this.
Soccer owners could buy the lakers twice over
And also I'm pretty sure FIFA and the English premier leagues and Spanish leagues have different rules on firing coaches than the NBA

It's only right that the front office fire him.
And promptly. Work out the financials, throw him a suitcase to pack his belongings up and send his ass packing. Then try to salvage whatever is left of our miserable season under Bickerstaff.

On one hand it looks like they do everything to win
On the other hand it looks like the FO is a bunch of buffoons who can't get a coaching hire right

If the front office is afraid of firing D'Antoni because of his contract, they need to realize that if the losing continues, fans will stop coming. Imagine the money that would be lost if fans stopped caring. Not to mention that D'Antoni can potentially run Dwight out of town, and after Kobe retires what will fans come to watch?
As long as kobes playing people will pay. That's not enough motivation
Dwight leaving and the losing is the real motivation. Sad because I actually have grown to like the dufus. He's a bad coach but he's kind of likable
