It is D'Antoni's fault this game. You would think he would have the sense to sub out Dwight in light of the Magic cowardice and put in Gasol, who can make his free throws. Jordan Hill did not play a single minute. That is just utterly stupid; you cannot look at a player as he was years ago and assume he is that way now. And where was Jodie Meeks? The minute he came in, he drained a 3 to extend the lead to 7.

I cannot wait until the Lakers go into Amway Arena and destroy them by thirty. Then again, this scenario won't happen if it comes after a win.

I am so disappointed. The Lakers team just has this general malaise to it, a lack of energy and urgency, cockiness, lack of toughness/emotion. Even with all these new players, it seems like it happens to EVERYBODY. Come 2014, we will have an entirely new Laker team. I'll be looking forward to that happily.

Our defense of the screened three pointers killed us tonight too.

We scored over 100. Problem is that defensively we weren't clicking at all and we let them run away with it in the 4th.

It comes down to our screen defense in the long run. And our problems aren't with Kobe and Dwight's chemistry.

The problem is one of our main cogs is not being a cog.

Steve Nash could fix offensive flow but it comes down to our defense tonight. We let the Orlando Magic score 113. That's a defensive issue.

We let Orlando score 40 in the 4th quarter.

THAT was why we lost tonight.
