At Lakers shootaround, D'Antoni says Nash has been running "a little bit" and is getting "closer," but it's "still going to be a while."
imo, he seems to be on pace to return in 2 weeks like he said,,,not bad

"Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come."

Looks like he's gonna be back around Christmas as I've been saying. Nash basically broke his leg and he's almost 40 years old, give him a break (no pun intended). It was never realistic to expect him back in a couple of weeks.
"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

He told D. Aldridge that he might play in about a week.

Ray of hope for Lakers? Steve Nash says he hopes to start practicing next week.

Christmas will be magical. As I open up a clean crisp beer to watch the game, I see Steve Nash on the court, his hair a little longer, looking like vintage Steve Nash. Finally Nash is back and he's ready to ball. Lakers win by 15 against the Knicks. IT SHALL BE GLORIOUS.
