Pau Gasol's tendinitis in both knees has been "pretty bothersome" of late.

Gasol has been wearing bands over both knees during games to control the swelling and pain.

"It's something that has been lingering," said Gasol. "So far, I'm dealing with it."

Gasol's knees didn't bother him during the Olympics.

Anyone that has tendonitis in their knee (like myself), will tell you that having it sucks. It's not so much pain, it's how tired your knees get in a short amount of time.

He's just going to need to push through. This type of thing doesn't really go away, just gotta play through it

Kobe and Randle led Lakers lead the team to a 32-50 record. the Lakers select Myles Turner with the 5th pick.

Pau is trying his best to keep his stock low in regards to trade value. throw reports out that his knees are bothering him... SMFH just make an open damn shot and get back on defense!

I have tendinitis in both knees. They do tire out your knees pretty quick but it shouldn't account for his lack of boxing out and not getting into the paint.

For all of you that continue to make excuses for Pau & his laziness;
whats the excuse for Kobe's knees how is he able to still do everything after yr 17 but Pau after 4 yrs of playing long grueling basketball is almost completely exhausted his prime yrs away?

Gasol doesn't see it as a "big deal" and only considers it a 'little' limiting.

Posted Image Mike Trudell@LakersReporter
Pau Gasol has been dealing w/some tendinitis in his knees that's "a little" limiting. But not on injury report, won't miss time.

Posted Image Mike Trudell@LakersReporter
Gasol doesn't appear overly concerned about the knee tendinitis; just something to monitor & keep under control.

So there's no excuse for him to not play help defense or go to the post or roll to the basket.
