At yesterdays game vs the Mavs the reporter said thst our Coach never was a big fan of young rookies, espscially not bad rookies! He said that when he started with the knicks but there he always kept Hill out and now he is putting him out of the rotation too , I think...

He would be an idiot not to utilize our best bench hustler. May I be bold to state that besides Kobe, JHill is our only other true hustler.

Hill's playing time went down a little because Jamison has played very well at the 4 spot these past couple games. I don't mind it, right now, but JHill has to get minutes when Pau is playing horribly.

Pretty much that, and D'antoni ran Hill some minutes early when we went on our 7-0 run. But Gasol was playing well and Jamison was playing well so D'antoni went with it while it worked.

On the nights Pau is playing like absolute crap we'll probably see Hill in. Remember D'antoni said he is going to play Jamison at the 3 and the 4 depending on the matchups and what the defense is giving.

Last night we were able to take advantage of Jamison at the 4 and at the 3 because he used the mismatch inside as a 3 and stretched the floor well as a 4 and played aggressive like we need from him.

Hill had some nice shot opportunities but his mid range wasn't falling for him so D'antoni went with Jamison because of his scoring and his rebounding(he had 15 rebounds) and it ultimately seems like the right decision for that game.

Our team is deep enough that we CAN play multiple rotations for different minutes at a time and D'antoni shuffled around the lineup a bit and the lineup he put Hill in went on a 7-0 run so it's obviously a good sign.

D'antoni said he's trying to find minutes for everyone Hill included and is going to be looking at a lot of different rotations throughout the course of these games.

Come on our bench just scored 42 points last night while D'antoni was going through different rotations, can we NOT find something to bash?

The only reason he plays Morris cause that's are best PG option right now and Jordan Hill isn't a rookie and him and Hill have never seen eye to eye

Jamison fits better in D'Antoni's system, I can already tell. Hill was more of a Brown type of guy that "works his tail off" while Jamison can stretch the floor for us and score. Hill has a pretty raw offensive game.

Hill is the best offensive rebounder in the league and should either see consistent minutes or be traded for a back-up 3.

this has been the MO of all Laker coaches recently! we waste talent on the bench (by not playing them) & make them lose their confidence & end up losing value in the roster spots in regards to on court production.

Hill, Jamison, and Meeks SHOULD round out D'Antoni's 8 man rotation once we're healthy. Kobe will probably play the point while Nash sits, since he's doing it so well right now.

...And nobody likes rookies unless they're a lottery pick
