I'm not surprised actually by Howard's struggles at all - it's back related - stamina a problem 4 in 5 nights? rough

As in
1 rebound every 10 mins
Or 1 ever quarter
Terrible
If he is not healthy, we should be playing Pau gasol more mins at the 5 spot or hill

No need to do anything with him but try to get him more rest.

How much time do we have to wait till he's 100% again ?
Christmas probably.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

I don't know .. Looks like he's been regressing recently .. He doesn't look good on the court, he looks sad, he doesn't play with energy. I hope that's due to his poor stamina.Christmas probably.

Nothing
![]()
Dwight played well, drew the defense to him considering the type of defense they were playing and was able to find our 3 point shooters and play some good defense making key blocks down the stretch.
Dwight's impact doesn't have to ALWAYS be offensive. He made the decision to pass to our shooter after drawing the defense rather than forcing it and risking a turnover because his timing still isn't all the way back or risk going to the free throw line.
he decided to start finding our three point shooters instead because the Grizzlies were playing off them and Dwight's passing made them pay for it.
Dwight played a good game tonight making Memphis pay for the kind of defense they showed and our bench benefitted(30 points from our bench) and were most effective in the 4 out 1 in offense where Dwight was the main playmaker for the bench unit on the court setting up nearly all of their shots.
So idk what the heck you're talking about
Nothing!?

Lakers won ANOTHER championship when, with Pau and Lamar being the 2 low post players, once AGAIN, with Pau being the center (no disrespect to bynum, WHO was big)
He has won 2 rings
He is proven
He leads his national team
Dantonie is a nobody who has won NOTHING compared to Pau Gasol.
Main point... Play Dwight less mins til he is 100% healthy, and give Gasol mins at the Center spot.
Everyone is hoping on the lynch Pau Gasol bandwagon, but i am going to still support the guy.
I remember him outplaying Dwight and bringing the lakers a championship.
Kobe does too...

Lakers won a champion ship with Pau outplaying dwight howard down in the lowpost in a Center battle.

Dude get out of the past.
Pau is NOT the same player he was back then. If he was we wouldn't have been swept in the very next playoffs, and we wouldn't have lost 4-1 to OKC when we could have been up 3-1 and that was with Gasol only putting up 12-9 If he was the same player we wouldn't have had early playoff exits 2 years in a row.
Pau is done. Stop trying to make excuses or take from his past glory as evidence he'll come back to that form.
That excuse was done two years ago
It was done last year
It's done this year and is only desperation because you don't want to see the guy leave.
Even Real Deal said this is the WORST he's seen Pau Gasol(Memphis AND LA) and that we CAN'T win a championship if he continued along this path.
And tonight he looked even worse than the night Real Deal said that.
Pau is done as a top tier player in this league.
I'm sorry, he just is. It's obvious by now and even his strongest supporter has to come to grips with that.
Come to grips with the fact Jamison played better defense than Pau did.
Come to the grips with the fact Pau shouldn't have played the 2nd half.
Come to the grips with the fact Pau is a glorified bench player at this point in his career if we look at how far he's dropped off.
Problem is, he's making 19 million.
19 million means you're top 5 in this league.
He isn't cracking top 20 after tonight.
Pau's done, and you shouldn't try to defend him when you didn't even see the game tonight.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

He is still an All-star and NBA superstar,
A top 15 NBA player
Top 3 Center in the NBA
(DO NOT SAY OTHERWISE, {until he is traded!!!!])
We must let other GMS think this guy is really good!
(Let other GMS think he can still be great)
I mean...
Pau Gasol is still awsome!!!!
He is a lock for the all-NBA team this year!

agree.Dwight is a Power Forward and needs to be used a such. Pau just needs to exert himself. We need a six eight or six nine athletic SF. Minutes need to be monitored better and the Lakers just need time to gel. RELAX

you have obviously not played basketball after coming off an injury in a competitive league. Your going to be fatigue and your not going to fully have your timing.
