Who's that?
An invisible guy apparently.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Who's that?
Pouty McPoutterson.

I don't think he'd be competing with Meeks. He'd be there to do the Barnes job. Be rough, stretch the floor and hustle and be a defensive pest off the bench.
Things We hoped Ebanks would do but..well..
I think Bell could be a good addition to the team. He knows the system and can defend. Well, perhaps not defend as well as he used to, but at worst he will do a better job than Steve Blake.
Also, playing Bell would limit Blake's mins at the 2 as well as Artest's minutes overall, which in both cases is a good thing.

Well the Jazz and Bell have till the end of March 1st to reach an agreement because after March 1st Bell can't side with anyones.
So 48 hours.
If we dont get Bell they should really make a run at Delonte. We really need that extra defender on the wing and it's hard to see what they have to lose.
Especially with Delonte. Sign him on a 10-day contract and see what happens.

Word is Raja Bell buyout in Utah will continue to be discussed up to Friday's 11:59 PM ET deadline but Lakers NOT most likely destination

Raja Bell certainly fits, given that Kobe/Nash/D'Antoni rank as three of his biggest fans, but Lakes NOT eager to add to $100 mil payroll

Lakers Unlikely To Sign Raja Bell If Bought OutFeb 28, 2013 3:51 PM EST
The Utah Jazz and Raja Bell continue to discuss a buyout.
Bell hasn't played throughout the season.
Bell has long been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers, but the team reportedly doesn't want to add any more payroll.

Well then

Raja Bell will not take buyout from Utah Jazz, agent tells @sltrib. Buyout was predicated on finding offer from another team, Bell did not.

It sounds like Raja Bell will be the player the Jazz waive to make room for D-League call-up Travis Leslie. Leslie will join team tomorrow.
