If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Bell's better than Ebanks, but that's about it. Would defend better. But I still want them to go after webster if washington goes for it.
Webster, please, Webster.

If Jazz decide to buyout Raja Bell, the Lakers will try to sign the veteran guard. Bell is working out in Fort Lauderdale and wants to play.

I just dont see how he fits on this team.
Scrappy bench 3 that can defend a little and stretch the floor. He's an upgrade over Ebanks but that's about it. But actually having Bell at our backup 3 position I don't mind at all over Ebanks.
If that's all we can get then that's fine.
We did make a push for Augustin but as mitch said "no teams are lining up to help the Lakers"

Raja Bell has dramatically declined!
Move on. Pick up Dominic Mcguire!
No, not really. Raja was miscast as a starting 2 last season. He is still a decent defender, can shoot 3s, can play in D'Antoni's system, isn't playing in Utah, expiring deal, could be had for either Ebanks-Morris or Duhon.

We can get Raja without giving up anyone really. The Jazz just have to buy him out. They Jazz ain't gonna do anything with him and are just letting him rot. He'd do fine as a backup 3 for us tbh. Better than Ebanks. Jazz just have to release him.
man. ill never say that ebanks is better than any1. and ill never say that 40 year old raja bell is better than any1..

Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?

so we should be able to trade Ebanks for a pick, and in effect, that pick would sweeten another deal? not gunna happen, since ebanks wouldnt sweeten a deal himself.Raja Bell woud do more for us than Ebanks. And the fact that's true is why we couldn't unload ebanks at thje deadline even for picks.
cant trade raja for anything either. picks are very valuable in this league. nick young got traded to the clippers for a 2nd rounder last year..
