Y! Sources: With Mike D'Antoni as coach, the Lakers are showing renewed interest in exiled Jazz guard Raja Bell.

Hmmmmm.....

I wonder how he'd fit though with Meeks here.

Biggest thing that stands out:

The Lakers have tried unsuccessfully for several weeks to trade bench players to create roster space.
"The biggest question is the taking on of more money," a league source told Yahoo! Sports.

Never really liked him from all the altercations Kobe and Bell had and his attitude, but he still has some tank to come off the bench. Don't know how he'll fit in the bench though with Meeks at the 2. Maybe backup PG?

He's had chances to be a Laker in the past and spurned them so I have doubts and he isn't any younger now either.

Meh. Dude used to slash, he's kind of old now. Imagine he can still knock down some shots, I would be for it depending on who we get rid of. Meeks better not be touched.

Please say no to Bell. He's done. Meeks is the far better player right now.
