Us fans know the game better. NBA executives are overpaid bums.Ha!
Nice way to put words into my mouth. I don't hate CDR. You guys are overblowing his skill something fierce.
If he was this much of a sure thing he wouldn't be struggling to find an NBA gig.

There's really nobody else to consider. Barbosa would have been good NOW, with D'Antoni as our coach. With our bench wanting to run, he may have been a huge piece we missed out on, but we can't blame anyone for that because he wasn't necessarily the perfect fit under Brown.

We could have had a pretty good bench if we had stopped cutting decent young players like CDR, Green, and Glock.
Super cheap players that could have added depth.
This CDR and Goudelock so much better than meeks, jamison right now.

I never really said I wanted Carrol. All I said is that I can really only picture them adding a free agent shooter to space the floor. Carroll was just waived so he was the first one that came to mind. Personally, I would love to see a more all-around offensive scorer. Why do you want Carrol? He's worst than Meeks!

The problem is a lot of these agents have their clients' ear way too much.
No reason to cut Clark just to cut someone. Not like he's helping but he's not hurting anything either.
CDR and Goudelocke are no better than what the Lakers have now.

Pretty much. Pietrus has had offers from a few different teams now, but he's wanting much more than anyone is willing to offer...and it's not that he's not worth it (I think he'd be worth $3 million/yr...that we can't give him, but yeah), but recovery from the latest injury is in question, and teams won't even bring him in for tryouts if his agent continues to push for 3-5 times that amount of money.I've been on the Pietrus train since minute one.

It's a shame, Pietrus is exactly what the bench needs in all respects.
For me, I have to see this team run at full strength before you can really assess anything or anyone.

lol. Clark is not a player on our team. He is merely an option to make salaries work in a trade

enough with that youth crap.CDR>>>>>>>Pietrus.... I truly think he is not what we need.... We need youth we should try to trade some players away hopefully Meeks, Jamison, Blake, and Duhon and get some second round draft picks.... Hopefully Doron Lamb call up CDR and we will be set

39 minutes for Kobe, Pau, and Metta. 41 minutes for Dwight. That's a LOT of time for our starters.
Hill got decent minutes, as he usually does. But Meeks and Jamison just 9 apiece. Hard to contribute when they're only out there for little 2-3 minute stretches.
We don't have the best bench players in the league, that's no secret. But Jamison and Meeks definitely have more to offer than what they've shown, they just need more consistent minutes
