Should Pau Come Off The Bench? (Hill Take His Starting Spot)

Maybe it's still too early since he's played only like 2 games with Nash and we haven't even started practicing our new offense yet with MDT, but despite all this Pau is in a shooting slump this season thus far.
I wanted to make the argument that maybe it was the Princeton, but even the past 3 games without the Princeton offense he's shooting 38%.
He's averaging 13.8 a game on 40.4% shooting but the dude is still getting his normal 10 boards a game and 1.5 blocks and his free throw shooting has been phenomenal.
I think if we moved Jordan Hill to the starting role and had him to get the occasional easy bucket and his normal rebounding and blocks, we could let Dwight dominate the first quarter, then let Pau come in fresh with the bench and take over Dwight's center role.
A lot of people might not like the idea because of how much Pau gets paid, bu so what? As long as you finish the game with him and he gets the same amount of minutes what difference does it make.....especially if the theory is correct that he could be a lot more productive with minutes with the bench unit. The payroll is the payroll and all that matters is winning.
Anyways, it's unconventional but I am curious to read some actual thoughts on why this is a good or bad idea.
I'm saying let's turn Pau into the 6th man, since we don't have one anyways.

Putting him on the bench would just hurt his confidence even further and it would make him worse.

No. Pau can play more minutes with the bench without actually coming off the bench. I'd do that.
Putting him on the bench would just hurt his confidence even further and it would make him worse.
I think that's a good/valid point, but you could make the argument that it's more strategic.

Those are prolly the same Laker stan alarmists who over-react to any & everything & dont think str8. $20 mill per year does not deserve to come off the bench otherwise he wasnt worth the extension in the 1st place.
