If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Has to make his free throws though.

it was a long 2 wasn't it?Thing is he's aggressive and he made a lot of big shots and Metta would have at least passed to Kobe on the cut as he's known. But the best passing big man in the game that isn't aggressive enough decides to NOT pass to Kobe and take a 3 instead....
Pau should have passed that, but I trust his Judgement. If anything he's reading too much and not reacting enough.
Don't forget pau made some nice plays down the stretch to put us in position to win.

I respect the Spurs too but we are the team of the decade it's not even close. 5-4 in titles and we three-peated and repeated they never even repeated.Big respect to the Spurs and Mr. Popovich, Spurs fans won't be too happy with their teams performance themselves. Hope we can meet in May and settle who is the team of the decade.

Losing isn't a big deal in this one.

Most Spurs fans counter saying how they've been elite for 15+ straight years while we've had years of mediocrity (05-07). And they also play up their undefeated record in the finals (4-0) compared to ours (5-2). I feel we need another championship to finally settle the debate in our favor.

That will happen this year my friend
No matter what, in the end we will beat Miami. There's going to be some bench trades for sure during the year though.

That's true but that doesn't compare to how much harder repeating and three-peating is. Just look at how many teams in SPORTS do just that. We're the only one in the last decade lol. But hopefully we get that championship indeedMost Spurs fans counter saying how they've been elite for 15+ straight years while we've had years of mediocrity (05-07). - We had 17 turnovers, they had 8 so they had 16 more shots
- So many freaking times we could've finish off a defensive possession with a defensive rebound, I can remember at least 4 times off the top of my head where the ball went out of bounds
- 14 out of 22 from the free throw line
Even when Nash comes back, we need to get better at these things. They're the difference between winning/losing playoff games

Kobe was right on top of him. Green just hit it

Does anybody else think that if we traded Pau for Smith then it will make D12 second guess his staying here in LA next year?
yeah having his best friend from Atlanta on the Lakers with him while we win a championship will totally make him second guess staying
