And I don't like the idea of Pau behind the 3 point line

What I didn't like about this is how Kobe and Pau were just floating on the perimeter. I hope D'Antoni can use them more effectively, especially Kobe.
D'Antoni has known Kobe since he was a kid. I don't seem limiting Kobe's skills. There's going to be more to this offense IMO. With him being a offensive minded coach, I think he'll put these players in position to succeed.

I hate this guy. Makes everything seem more than what it is.Always love this guy's analyses. Makes me feel a little bit more optimistic about D'Antoni's offense, but still many worries. D'Antoni is also going to have to figure out a way to keep Pau involved or else he'll be even more under utilized than he was with Brown.

The heat run d'antonis offense
It's not just 1 ball handler. The reason it was in PHX is you aren't going to have raja bell or Shawn marion run pick and rolls
It works the same either way. Nash spots up when Kobe runs it, Kobe spots up when Nash runs it. Either way it's fine.
In fact you can't win with 1 ball handler. Every team has two.
It works like this. Kobe pick and rolls, oh but they trap him, he swings it to Nash who can shoot, or run another pick and roll
This isn't going to be Nash dominated. Kobe and Nash will work out a system or let the defense dictate. I know that Howard will be the focal point roller.
Pau is the question, does d'antoni figure out how to include him or does he get rid of him.
Pau can space. Spacing is relegated to the 3 point line. Shooting mid range is also spacing, see Chris bosh and KG
