I'm usually not pessimistic when it comes to the Lakers but after Brown I have no hope for D' Antoni and expect him to fail especially if Nash doesn't hold up, but I hope I'm wrong and accept that he's the coach but I still don't like it

Their D was terrible with just D'Antoni, then Woodson came as an assistant and it became ok, and when Woodson takes over as head coach it becomes good actually as of early this season I think the Knicks might have the best D in the league right now.
I think if we get McMillan our D won't be completely terrible but I don't know if it will be good enough to win a championship.
I know I have a harsher view on D' Antoni because I live in NY so I heard all the complaints about D' Antoni and witnessed so many Knicks games with his terrible coaching.

People forget this, Dwight took the Magic to a top 3 defensive team with bunch of scrub defenders. So I think we will be okay defensively, with Nate we will be great
