FAIL.
Rodman was already 34 years old when he joined the Bulls and proved his worth. Cousins is in his third year and has proved very little.

Rodman was wild off the court, but he wasn't a complete idiot like Cousins on the court. Cousins is easily one of the most immature players I've ever seen. Always pouting, complaining or just getting into some dumb [expletive] on the court.
