Change your personal photo. Click your username (upper right corner) > My settings > Photo (change My Photo)

When I first logged in here after the change my avatar was my personal pic from my profile.

I tried that but it there's a size limitation now

My avatar is 100x120 and it accepted it so the size limitation should be around these numbers.

before all this happened, the site would just re-size if the pic was too large

I really like the new board features. I was in a thread typing a response and it notified me that two new responses were posted so I was able to look at them before finishing my own post.

Board is a lot quicker too.

I definitely like the new features but as many have said, I am not really fond of the skin. But that will change over time.

Cool new features. Not a fan of the skin obviously like most, but understand it will be taken care of with time. I just hope we don't lose any active posting members because of this even if it's just temporary.

Yeah, I don't know...not so worried about losing members over a temporary skin. If they walk because of that, they didn't have much keeping them here.

The real concern was members coming to the site, and instead of being on the forums, they were slapped with a blood-red malware warning of doom. Our activity dipped pretty badly in those last few days, despite all of the Phil talk (regarding the number of members logging in, not necessarily the post count).

When you start skinning it, please don't forget to add a "back to top" button after each person's profile/post. Really convenient.

Good job handling the malware situation. One of the reasons I liked this forum so much (besides all the great input) was the skin that was easy on the eyes (unlike the two other big Lakers forums which are harder to read). Will wait patiently for it to be updated.

Let me know if you guys are having trouble seeing the last unread posts of the topics you're viewing.

Every now and then, I'll click into a topic, and it takes me back about 4-5 posts (that I've already seen).

before, the new page would always open with the newest post since i last viewed the thread
