I like Bernie and he shows better rotations and he's great at working with young talent, but we'll be taking Jackson or D'antoni over him.
However I'd love for Bernie to stay as an assistant in some way shape or form, he really does seem to get it as far as our younger players go.
He also didn't play Ebanks tonight cause of that whole DUI situation probably(punishment) which shows how he is a take no BS type of coach. The kind that demands respect of his players.
I have all the respect in the world for Bernie, he's a no nonsense old school coach with an old school mentality and brings a lot of character to us and is a blue collar grind it out battle for 48 minutes coach and the team DEFINITELY responded well to him effort wise.
He'll be replaced, but I do hope he stays with the organization in some way. Nothing but unlimited respect for the guy and his old school mentality. NBA needs more of it imo.
