I'm not "butt hurt" by any means. I simply don't agree with the decision. I think it's foolish to not wait a day to hear what Phil has to say, you know the guy with 11 rings. Had they not hired him, I'd be okay with that. I just don't believe D'Antoni is the right coach to lead this team to a championship. If he proves me wrong, I'll gladly eat crow.

You would think we fired Phil Jackson and replaced him with Mike D'Antoni.

How quickly some forget we replaced Mike Brown.

I got to give Bernie credit where it's due. He has done a great job filling in. I'm really hoping they keep him in some capacity because he deserves it. I just love how he has a old school attitude and coaching style, but also has a youthful swagger to him when speaking. Good stuff Bernie!!!

D'antoni joking with Bernie and Bernie's response, this was awesome

Bickerstaff improved to 4-1 while filling in for Brown and D'Antoni, who announced the longtime NBA coach and executive will remain on his staff - as long as the Lakers beat Houston, D'Antoni joked.

to which Bickerstaff replied in the pregame

"Well we gotta go to the back and tell the guys the situation, what's on the line and what they're playing for. My J.O.B."

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

In terms of Mike Brown vs Mike D'antoni

simple terms

Not as good defensively
Tons better offensively

This should shock:

No one =p
