I like that D'antoni said about our assistant coaches and stuff that he didn't want to come in and go "Alright I didn't hire you I don't like you, you're fired." because he didn't think it'd be necessary and it wouldn't be fair and that he'd only replace people after seeing what their value is to the team as a whole and doesn't want to ruffle feathers.

I think that's a great way to look at it. When he said that the only job I really fear for is Eddie Jordan's unless D'antoni asks him to implement some more Princeton sets into his offense(yes D'antoni runs Princeton sets in his offense, but not a LOT of them) so unless he wanted Eddie for that reason and only that reason he'll probably be let go of.

But this is encouraging

on how D'antoni is gonna change the staff(apparently he isn't, no one at all and is just adding his brother)

@Every1hatesD - His brother Dan is in for sure, and they're going to keep the full rest of the staff at least for the time being.
