Ebanks not playing might also be due to the fact that he hasn't been performing well.

Either way, DUIs to me are pretty unacceptable, because you're putting other people's life in danger as well. There's really not an excuse there. Whether or not that translates into a benching though (if that's the case), is not my call.

You do understand that when someone gets arrested for suspicion of DUI that it means he failed some of the sobriety tests right? It's not like they pulled him over, asked if he had been drinking, then arrested him for saying yes. Cops do not mess around with the DUI stuff at all.

Im not saying I agree with gque. Drinking and driving is bad and irresponsible wheather you have done it or not and I believe Ebanks did do it.

But you can never trust cops. There was a big case in my town on cops forging info on DUI, placing drugs in their possession, and such. So you never really know.

It should also be noted that Ebanks sent out a tweet earlier that night saying he was at a birthday party in Hollywood at a club.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
