The players don't respect Mike Brown and it is showing. They want him gone and you can see it. While I still believe personnel changes are still needed to improve this team the immediate problem is replacing Brown. You lose the lockeroom of a star studded team then your fate is inevitable.

I do not believe that a team with KOBE BRYANT, DWIGHT HOWARD, PAU GASOL and STEVE NASH(when he's playing) can be this bad. Now obviously some of this blame should go to the players, but the large majority, and I emphasize LARGE goes on the coach. When you have this much talent and struggle to win a regular season game vs the bottom feeders of the league, you know something is wrong with the way you are coaching. Obviously he is not motivating his players, not to mention he quite possibly has the worst rotations I have ever seen from a coach, that's college or pro, hell even a high school coach would have a better understanding of how to rotate players. The offense is a disaster and the same can be said for the defense. Those of you defending Mike Brown are delusional. You can say whatever you want about the players, but it's the coaches job to make his team play with energy and effort, if that isn't happening, it's time to make a change. There is only one way I see this team improving, and that is firing Mike brown. You can say it's early in the season, If this was a rebuilding year I would say give him some more time, but we are supposed to be contending for a championship, and this is unacceptable. Sorry to jump on this thread, I just had to vent because this team is frustrating me way to much right now.
