Getting Dwight and Nash (Dwight in particular) added years to his career, if we get Irving/Love in 2 years it will add more. Kobe isn't retiring till he can no longer play at a high level (knock on wood) hopefully that's not anytime soon.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

This. It's a simple concept, really. Kobe is still putting up 40 points and can do so any game if he chooses to take over. It will be when he has to go all out just to skim 25 points, when he'll consider retiring.
