Not only that guys Pau fair enough did have a bad playoffs. But the trade killed him even further. He could have bounced back from the playoff performance. He was never teh same after that "trade". Ive never felt like Pau has tried "100%" since then. If kobe is saying his "coasting" it means his not giving his 100% to the team. He honestly does not care. His content with his 2 championships. His content with what his done and doenst feel the need to give anythign anymore to the Lakers organisation after they tried trading him...

I always said after that vetoed trade that Pau and Odom will never be the same because it would kill a player to know the team just tried getting rid of me. Especially only a year out of winning a championship. It was betrayal to them. Look at Odom he went 14-8 and won 6th man of the year. He has never been the same since, Pau the same. That vetoed trade ruined them, its why I hate David Stern so much. I even remember at the time. I wasnt even too happy about the trade because i felt like we gave up so much and we had such a WEAK frontcourt, but im like the trade HAS to happen now either way because the players know, it didnt it got vetoed for "basketball" reasons and now we are stuck with Paula Gasol who is forever butthurt.
