Is that bad? LOL

He's been playing with a Planter Fascia foot all season

What I hope for is the MRI doesn't show a Stress Fracture. Then that's bad

It's kind of sad that Pau is not willing to do what is good for the well-being of this team.

Kobe has sacrificed taking shots.
Dwight has sacrificed touches.
Nash is willing to play off the ball instead of having the ball in his hands.
D'Antoni basically quit his system because he knew it was not working.

Everyone has made sacrifices. The important thing is that we are winning. I wouldn't t be surprised if comes up with some "injury" before the deadline.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

You should reach more often ;)

I think this injury has very likely insured Pau will remain a Laker for the rest of the season.

When you are that big and there is already "stress" on that foot, it's actually not that difficult.

They can be :) Pau isn't safe because he's injured, it's just a harder sell.

Dwight got traded to us injured :P

Injured players can be still traded. We traded for one by the name of Dwight. Also Bogut was as Majesty mentioned. Upto the receiving team of the injured player I think.

You have to pass a physical to get traded.

if gasol was to be traded would he have to take a physical? but gasol probably wouldn't be able to pass it since he's injured..

He would have to pass a physical, yes, or the trade would get rejected.

You have to pass a physical to get traded.

Receiving teams have the option of waiving the physical, which they would normally do for star players (such as Dwight). As long as the team knows that the injury will heal completely it should be no big deal.

But in Pau's case, we are talking about an aging, rapidly declining big who has a cancer-like contract. Not many teams will take that risk.
