the question is if Hill's starter material in Antoni's offense,,,,and that question is only up to Antoni. if Jordan Hill's mid range J was more consistent, Pau would probly be traded for wing players. i.e. Marcus Thorton and Aaron Brooks or Jordan Crawford and Trevor Ariza.

but since Antoni would prefer a 4 who can hit threes,and jordan hill isnt even consistent from mid range,,i dont think we're gunna trade PAu for wing players and have Jordan Hill start..

Antoni told Pau to take a couple 3s a game, makes me think we're gunna trade Pau for a 4 who can hit 3s,,,now keep in mind that the FO has kept Pau because they like the "twin towers" idea, so dont go thinking we're gunna trade for and start a 6'8 PF,,,the twin towers thing is probly over but at the very least the FO wants a pretty good rebounder at the 4(so no Jeff Greens)(and remember Antoni wants a 4 who can hit 3s).

also, our bench is once again near the bottom of the league in scoring,,,so the bench needs to be addressed in a Pau trade.

with all this being said, i dont see many deals for Pau(considering what both the FO and Antoni want)
The Raptors and the Bucks would be the most likely suitors for Pau,imo, but since Bargs in injured,you can take the Raptors off the list.

im all for a Pau for Ilyasova and Udrih deal. Ilaysova's rebounding per 36 is 8.8 ,and last year he avg 8.8 rpg in 28 mpg - hes a good rebounder ,and hes athletic, and hes shooting 40% from 3 this year.
Udrih's per 36 is 14 points and 6.3 assists. lets deal with the bucks, and get a stretch 4 for Nash and Dwight ,, and also get bench help,,,our bench direly needs some offense off the dribble..
also maybe they throw in Mbah Moute in the deal, hed be our backup SF, hes athletic as hell, and a really good defender..

Has Pau honestly been that consistent from mid-range this season? I'm pretty sure I've seen him miss way more than make from out there this whole season including pre-season even (which I know shouldn't count, but I watched all the game so I remember).

I have no proof of this, but I think the Lakers overvaluing Pau has something to do with him not being traded yet. I think it's because of their history with how they deal with trades.

I have been worried since the Lakers almost got CP3 for Pau and Lamar that they might do that. His value going down since then probably hasn't helped either.

Can someone look up Pau & Jordan's FG% from the mid-range or so this season and post it? Don't know how to find that info. Just wanna' see how much greater Pau is from the mid-range like everyone seemingly says he is.

Because TradeMachine ideas go straight to GM's and are so "easy" that other teams obviously must take them.
