Our bench needs a scoring point guard and a defensive 3. That would change so MUCH it wouldn't be funny.

Honestly, the Lakers could have the back-to-back championships Pau and this team still wouldn't be great. This team is that pathetic right now.

We'd actually be undefeated if we had THAT Pau.

Back to Back Championship Pau would put up 17-20 on average especially with as many open opportunities he'd get off of Steve Nash and we'd be ripping people up with the pick and roll like him and Kobe did when pau rolled effectively.

I'm also pretty sure the games we lose by 5 when Gasol has scored 4 points wouldn't have happened X_X

Pau needs to go, he isn't gonna find himself for more than a half.

Anybody who's watched a few Laker games this season could tell that Nash wasn't going to solve this teams' problems. I don't even know why the waiting for Nash to return was necessary in the first place.

Offense runs better and the other blaring holes are apparent.

These things were apparent when Nash wasn't here, but it's VERY apparent now because Nash is a vast improvement over Duhon and Morris that other weaknesses can be seen.

Understandable. Blake is a better offensive threat than Duhon or Morris ever will be and the defense won't be clamping down on our other players when he's in cause he can burn them from three.

Duhon nor Morris can do that so after a few plays the defense just starts overcommiting on other players cause they know that Duhon nor Morris is gonna burn them offensively.

That disappears when Blake comes back.

Sad thing is, I don't think we can afford to wait on Blake.

It's not surprising in the sense that I don't think the front office will make the right moves on time. They put all their eggs in Nash coming back despite it being apparent that his return wasn't going to make the Lakers drastically better.

I also worried before that the Lakers were going to hesitate to make moves early if they needed to because they're just so used to waiting teams out to get the best offer.

At this point, waiting is the wrong move to do. Pau and the team are getting worse.
