Are you gonna put that as the Pau pick in your GARBAGE sig now?

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.


You should reach more often ;)

Realistic: Ryan Anderson, Varejao, Ilyasova or just role players
We should Target: josh Smith, gay,
Pipe dream: Love, Aldridge, etc

Bunch of servicable role players. I don't care for an elite return here, home-runs should not be our objective. Our objective should be to get this guy out of a Lakers Jersey.

I thank him for 3 finals and 2x championships, but what has he done for us lately? He is scum, and eventually he will be cancer, if not already. He needs to be traded. It's nearly 3 years overdue.

I've been saying this for so long. start hill and trade for role players. This puts Jamison back into the game too

Jamisnon came in for 3 mins and just stood at the 3 point line. He isnt gonna do anything for us.

The Lakers had a lot of patience with Metta when he was nothing on the offensive end the last few years, but at least he was doing other things.

When Pau has bad games(which have been most this season), it just hurts the Lakers so much more. He becomes a big net negative.

D'Antoni gave his OK for trading Pau long ago... remember , "I just wanted to win some games." line after he benched Pau in 4th? That should be IT. It's mind boggling why we waited so long. We don't need any home runs. Kobe-Dwight-Nash and rejuvenated Metta is all we need to steer this ship. We need capable role players. And Pau can't even fit that bill.

If you can come up with a trade for Josh Smith or anyone else that is good take it. Realistically, I'd be happy with a bunch of athletic role players. Idk who will be available in 10 days but they have to be solid, young, and athletic. We lack athleticism. Athletic players play better defense. 2-3 Players that average 6-7 points is much more than what Pau is giving us right now. Also, Hill should be a starter the way he is playing right now. Pau is done especially in this system

Right @Japago, agree on everything you've been saying. we brought the lead to 3 then pau proceeded to give blake 2 straight dunks, one of which was a 3 pt play. he isn't giving anything on either ends.

Metta is not rejuvenated. He started hot and has been garbage since.
