When Meeks made his debut in the opener, people clamored for Ebanks, Mike Brown benched him and Meeks became the savior and Brown was an idiot for not playing him and then as I predicted when he hit a slump after getting playing time he'd go back to being considered a scrub again.
Gotta love the predictability of some fans
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

Same here, with the kind of players we have I thought he's gonna knock those 3s at ease. Oh well, hopefully gets better with the implementation of D'Antoni's system. Can't believe I was all giddy when the Lakers got Meeks.

Not necessarily in all cases. It truly just depends what the player's style is like. For a perimeter shooter all it takes is some open looks and confidence. While I am not an expert on D'Antoni's offense, from what I hear is that it is the ultimate confidence booster.Sorry to tell you but, "Once a scrub always a scrub".

"The West aint close, now that the LAL got Dwight, who gon stop him on OKC!????" - Chris Webber (nba tv -August)
Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?
(Peace Pau we need pieces, not MettaWorldPieces!!!!!!!!)

Needs to work on his decision making skills passing the ball.

Not saying this will happen to Meeks, but there's been a strange thing over the years where a lot of the knockdown 3 point guys we bring in lose their touch when they get to LA. I always thought it was because we were unable to get them as open, but
This happens because we dont play our spot up 3 pt shooters significant mins alongside the starters and when you only have 1 threat on the court at a time its easier for the defense to take him away. thats why we need multiple guys on the court that are reliable shooters. Once FO understands this then we could finally incorporate them into the offense. but for now its gonna be tons of wideopen shots for SFs and we just have to pray they make a good enough portion of them .

start Meeks at the 3 for 2 weeks to see him shine like glass with windex on it
Rather see Ebanks Start in place of MWP & let Meeks come in at 3 min mark for Kobe in 1st & 3rd quarters.

Well let's see what I predicted.
When Meeks made his debut in the opener, people clamored for Ebanks, Mike Brown benched him and Meeks became the savior and Brown was an idiot for not playing him and then as I predicted when he hit a slump after getting playing time he'd go back to being considered a scrub again.

You also said Brown was a good coach and wasn't going to be fired.
Nice prediction

Meeks=Luke Walton
So Meeks is one of the worst players in basketball history?
