Steve Kerr tells @dpshow he had the same injury Steve Nash has and it sidelined him three weeks.

I hope that this Nash injury helps the lakers in the long run, by helping the Lakers sort out their PG woes...

I know its a very very small sample size but Morris seems comfortable shooting the corner 3 on a catch and shoot...thats 2 games in a row he's made one. He sucks at pretty much everything else though like dribbling and creating for himself or others. He was the floor general to start the 4th and Pistons had a 9-0 run because he couldn't set up the guys.
LMAO the hatred for Morris continues

LMAO the hatred for Morris continues
It's not hate, it's the truth. Morris played well but he still has areas of his game to work on, he still has a lot to learn about being a floor general at an NBA level and when he was out there with a bench unit where no starter was in he couldn't create shots for others or bring the offense through. Morris is best suited to be out there with starters in the lineup, but in terms of having the bench talent out there he won't be able to do much for them or himself, now if Meeks is out there at the same time he could get assists from Meeks 3's but the bench still doesn't have an identity or focal point of the offense, it was originally thought to be Jamison but you see what's happened there thus far.
Somehow I get the feeling that Meeks absense has to do with the Trailblazers game and what is making Brown give the backup 2 minutes to Ebanks is because of the horrid defense Meeks showed against the Trailblazers, we forget it was his man and Duhon's man that burned them on that 13-0 run and it was Meeks guy that ended the run.
That was probably enough to get Brown to give those minutes to Ebanks because of his defense and size with the way Meeks was getting burned defensively during that 13-0 run I can see why Brown would make that decision to go with a "tall" lineup for the bench unit.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

No matter who I personally like/dislike on our team when they are playing well I acknowledge it and am happy as it helps the team. I don't keep on my glasses for them as a player. I may not stand Chris Duhon but if he went out there tonight and scored 15 I'd acknowledge it and say he was productive tonight.
Unlike some fans who will continually hate a player no matter if they do good. So people may hate Steve Blake but if he's showing production it's idiotic to keep rooting for him to fail because if he does it only hurts the team we're all supposed to be fans of first.
That's because its more important for some to win an argument than to be right or wrong

Even Windu acknowledges when Pau does well.

Nash should take as much time as he needs. This is a very long season and we're just at the beginning of it. No need to rush back and re-aggrivate the injury. Get healthy. In the mean time I would like to see the Lakers front office try sign Delonte West. Not sure if he has or will clear waivers, but if he does it's a no brainer to bring him in.https://twitter.com/ArashMarkazi/status/265491304505540608

Steve Nash (leg) is now expected to miss 7-10 days, according to Ken Berger of CBS Sports.
An unofficial report circulated that Nash "could" miss up to four weeks with a non-displaced fracture in his fibula, but that seems to have been discredited.

That could be said for morris too....who cares.Blake did play well last night but the pistons don't really have too many ball hawks and didn't really pressure any turnovers that's why Steve Blake played so well and they also played with no kind of heart at all.... I remember at one point in the game their head coach subbed out the whole 5 that was on the court... He really didn't contribute anything but made a few good plays and found himself in the right place at the right time for those steals he did get
They both played good. Hopefully they can do it against better teams.

Agreed on resting Nash as long as necessary. Re-injuring it would be the worst possible scenario. The team cannot be strong unless all players have a healthy season.
