There is no such thing as a plea of innocence in my court. A plea of innocence is guilty of wasting my time. Guilty. Inquisitor Lord Fyodor Karamazov.

So crazy how he's perceived based on how we win/lose he isn't playing any differently now than he ever did (this year or last year especially)...its simple he'll keep dishing the ball if guys are making their open shots and try to facilitate and move the ball around.

Turnovers are a direct indication of how good or bad the offense is. You can have the best players, but if you're giving them poor directions and details then it won't matter how good they are. The Lakers are an obvious example of this. You have 3 hall of famers and Pau Gasol, and EVERYONE is turning it over.
The Lakers couldn't get the ball into TWO 7 footers in the 4th quarter which is unacceptable. The proper seals, cuts, and passes aren't made because so much of the offense is based on pick'n'roll. Sure, we'll get a ton of 3s, but that's no way to win. Steve Nash can't and shouldn't have to do everything.
I seriously think they need to incorporate some type of triangle system to get the ball to the bigs better. This pick'n'roll just isn't working because Steve isn't fast enough to come off the pick and defenses will learn to rotate quickly on the Lakers.
The great thing about the triangle is that Pau can sit on the 3 point line and take the 3 pointer, or he roll from the weak to strong side, with Dwight setting the pick, and have Pau post up. This would also set up Dwight to seal off the picked player.
I'm going to shut up now.

Digusting
Back in 2005 when Phil first took over, the Lakers averaged 13.9 turnovers a game and that team was TERRIBLE. Want to guess what MDA's is with the Lakers? A LOT more.

Howard scored 13 points against the worst frontcourt in the NBA (aside from LeBron James who is a perimeter player with a SF-PF body). Oh, yes, he is the greatest center in the game, no doubt about it.
Well then who is? Bynum?

Its just really another flaw in the team that the Jim and Mitch built up. They're old, not deep, and they can't play defense. To top it all off, they got a coach who likes to run and not play defense. This front office has done almost everything wrong apart from getting Dwight. I really don't think I'm exaggerating.
That's why I'm not too sad to hear that Mitch may be fired. Somebody in the front office needs take responsibility for all of this. They've done everything wrong.
What I wrote in the gameday topic. It seems applicable here.
