Lakers spokesman said Bryant injured his shoulder during Tuesday's practice, but it didn't start bothering him until later in the evening

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

This means that Meeks Ebanks and CDR get quality minutes today.

Could be a blessing in disguise as mentioned for CDR. This might be his chance to step up & shine. I already know what he's capable of, but unfortunately Mike Brown and some of the Lakers probably don't.

I have a strained shoulder from a dunk in practice. I'm out for a day or so but that's it. Nothing serious at all.
Here I am before practice yesterday--during a therapy on my shoulder--with a surprise visitor. The Great Elgin Baylor! This is the Laker legend I learned my rocker step move from. His number 22 hangs in the rafters of Staples along with the other Laker legends. This is one of the great things about being with the Lakers, you never know which NBA great will pop in for a chat.
