I know a lot of you guys don't like K-Mart, but just for funsake talent-wise imagine:

Nash / Barbosa / *Blake
Kobe / Meeks
Artest / Pietrus / CDR
Pau / Jamison / *Clark
Dwight / Hill / K-Mart

* - one of those two for the 13 man.

Nope. I had an engagement party to attend.

You should've pulled out your cell phone at the party and streamed the game online (at least I would've).

Mike Brown at it already in pre-season.

He shouldn't have to to be honest based on what he's already done and accomplished throughout his career as well as college (again more than Ebanks, Morris, Glock, or Duhon ever have), but unfortunately that respect is not there.

he will jog the teams memory. todays game helped that and his confidence. sweeeeeet.

Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?

Great. Kobe got more wide open looks than he did in any single game last season. Nash running the show makes such a huge difference for this team. There were a handful of plays early where he led us in transition for easy looks at the basket and there was one very nice pass in a pseudo P&R play where he drew three defenders before bouncing it in to a cutting big for the easy lay-in. We were destroying the Warriors 19-7 before Brown began his mass substitutions. Pau looked fantastic out there.

in other words, the offense WORKS!

And still some of you think Barbosa is or ever was a point guard.

What is a "pre-season" thread other than us praising some of our new players and bashing others saying they should be cut.

Same thing pretty much ;) Occasionally we talk about Nash etc but it's mostly "this player should play more, this player should go and won't make the team" talk :)

I've always liked Steve Blake.

It sucks that Morris, Glock, and Duhon were the worst ones out there, are the ones that have guaranteed contracts. I'd get rid of any one of the three and give the spot to Sacre/DJO/CDR.

@LakersReporter

Mike Brown's takeaway from this game, focusing on the 1st half: "We're going to get some great shots." #Nash

My post means Nash should make it.

and anyway , MWP got 3 steals in the first quarter. So I'd say he definitely should make it in the starting lineup :glasses:

CDR must make the team. I want to see more from Goudelock, Morris and DJO.
