Anyone here ever seen this? Just saw this a little while ago on one of the movie channels. Pretty good, in fact deep I would say. JGL is a fantastic actor.

He is a really good actor. Movie was average.

^ I personally liked it a little more than average. Certainly better than I expected. I thought they'd make a mockery out of the cancer subject, but I feel they had a pretty good balance of comedy and seriousness, mostly seriousness, which was respectful I'd say. I'm not gonna' lie though, the movie did get to me, especially just naturally knowing for most cancer is such a touchy subject and has affected almost all of us in some way (close/loved ones).

I really liked this movie. So much better than most of the movies out there.

Just watched it. Very good flick. Hard to not shed a tear or two during the movie.

I didn't get close to shedding a tear at all during the movie but I thought it was good

Yupp my aunt just died of brain cancer in the beginning of 2011, the movie had a somber feeling to it but it didn't make me feel actually sad at all.

Yea Ive been choked up and gotten a little sad during a movie, the only time Ive ever cried was while watching this movie called Grave of the Fireflies and that was an animated movie but it transcended animated or live action movie and to me was the saddest movie I'd ever seen.

i actually get choked up pretty easy if the movie has some kind of emotional resonance with me, history, or its just a great ending or moment.

like with Lost in Translation. i still consider that by far the greatest romantic movie ever, it's a movie noone considers a love story, most consider it a drama but i think it is probably the most subtle powerful movie i've ever seen. and the ending is just a culmination of all of that.
