Stubhub is the best tbh. Just wait a day before the game and you can get some really great prices. Last season i got playoff tickets bellow face value. Paid $45 and the face value was $78.

its the best, the office is right across from staples so you can pick it up walking to the game and the closer the game is the cheaper the prices. Call them on the phone and you can make a deal (I always do) like if they have tickets for 100$ each you can call and offer 150$ for 2 and theyll do it most likely.

Been lurking this site for 3 years now, time to post!

For home games you can buy cheap tickets off the Lakers Ticket Exchange, its on their main site at www.lakers.com. Those tickets are sold directly from season ticket holders, it allows them to sell of their tickets to games they don't want to attend. I bought tickets for both when we played the Heat's big 3 for the first time on Christmas, and also the first time we played the Celtics since we beat them in game 7. Both tickets were bought only a few days prior to the game and were anywhere from 60-100 dollars cheaper than on Stubhub. Tickets bought on Ticket Exchange are available for pick up at the box office at Staples.

Also, i find the prices get cheaper and cheaper the closer it gets to game day.
