obviously its a psychological problem.....So what is there to fear?
Altitude?
Thin air?
Peeing on himself?
Not trying to be a jerk, I just don't get it at all and I have anxiety issues to the point where I can't even flex my arms because my muscles tense up severely.
There is a huge difference between having a psychological problem and being weak minded.
I think this guy is just weak minded, if you are strong willed you can overcome things like this in therapy like I have.

I think your right to a point yea he can also be weak minded but it doesn't have to be either or, maybe one of the reasons his anxiety is so severe and maybe worse than what you experienced is because he has a real psychological problem coupled with an already weak mind.

Its a damn shame either way, as talented as this guy is if he got his issues in check, man...
I hope he finds a remedy soon, unchecked anxiety is debilitating and agonizing.

Yes. He's probably better off playing for an East Coast team. One of the reasons I moved away from Houston is because it's a far drive from just about everywhere interesting.
