So out of nowhere my boss offered to chip in for tickets to the season opener. So now I'm going and sitting second row in section 112.

The seats are incredible.

However, this doesn't happen often, it is my first REAL game.

What can I do to get the full effect? Showing up early for the shoot around to get autographs, going to the players parking lot waiting for autographs after the game...

Anything that could get me some interaction with the guys...I'll show up as early as can be to be able to say whats up to them during shoot around...

I'm not much for meeting players or getting autographs -- so I can't help you on that front.

For the most part, I just try to enjoy the game itself. During halftime I usually meet up with friends at Team LA.

Just take it all on -- Lakers games are amazing. I miss Staples Center so much.

well, i do know that some players sign before going back into the locker room so go early & if you sit close enough to the locker room, u might get lucky.
other than that, just take lotsa pix & post em here! hehe.
its an AMAZING experience that u'll never forget.

Any chance I get to step on the court? I know back for the Yao vs. Shaq game, my friend had tickets in the 4th row and showed up as early as can be to the game and got to step on the court.

Enjoy the game: cheer as loud as you want to, don't let anyone discourage from freaking out at any given point in the game.

Seriously though - get there early walk around the Staples lobby, grab something to drink, something to eat, buy a shirt and soak it all in. There should be some fun stuff going on outside too, so see that before you go inside.

I figured some CL brethren would be going! I'm not sure if I should wear the Kobe jersey again or this dope Lakers tee I have. If I wore the jersey it'd be the same thing I wore last game, lol. I'd stand out more on the TV though.

Planning to get there as early as possible...I know it's going to be a BLAST. TNT!!! Celebs every where.

I've gotten signed at the parking lot when they were arriving... pretty lucky though.
